Description
This course introduces students to the professional skills expected of scientists and prepares them for future academic and career opportunities. Emphasis is placed on developing strong application materials, practicing professional communication, preparing for interviews, identifying and combatting scientific misinformation, and engaging in ethnical scientific conduct. Students will create a polished CV/resume, draft professional letters, participate in mock interviews, and refine project ideas in preparation for future research experiences.
