Description
The course provides an integrative approach to analysis of decision making at the corporate level. Students will utilize benchmarking, probabilistic risk assessment, cost analysis, conflict analysis and computerized measurement tools. Decision analytical tools such as Beyesian Probability Networks, and Decision Trees are covered. Qualitative issues impacting decisions are also included in decision processes.
