Description
This course is an introduction to biochemistry from a chemical perspective and a continuation of CHEM410 Biochemistry I. Topics covered include membrane structure and transport, immune response, thermodynamics of metabolism, glycolysis, the citric acid cycle, processes of electron transport and oxidative phosphorylation. Prerequisite: CHEM410.
