Description
This course is an introduction to leadership studies and is designed to study the concept and practice of leadership from a variety of disciplinary approaches, appropriate to the expertise of the instructor. Here, students will explore their own leadership potential, Students will have the opportunity to examine personality inventories, multiple views of leadership, explore the difference between personal and positional leadership, study characteristics of leaders, and learn about the importance of personal development in the becoming an effective and authentic leader.
