Description
Personal competence, social competence, family coherence, social support, and personal structure. As a society, recent developments have educated us on the critical importance of effective self-care and well-being. Similarly, we have learned that these are elements that can be identified, analyzed, developed, and improved. This course will empower students in these ways. As an interdivisional course, approaches to self-care and well-being will vary based on the disciplinary expertise of the instructor offering the course. Under different subtitles, this course is repeatable.
