Description
Introduction and review of exponential, logarithmic, trigonometric functions and their graphs. Trigonometric identities, inverse trigonometric functions, trigonometric equations, application of trigonometric functions, complex number system and problem-solving using graphing calculator and computer. Prerequisite: MATH 120, Math ACT score of 24 or higher, or ALEKS score of 60 or higher. MATH 107 does not meet the prerequisite unless an ALEKS score of 60 or higher is obtained. Recent placement testing is required and will be held during the semester prior to the start of the course. Students may take the ALEKS test as many times as needed.
