Description
This course will cover proper food handling both pre- and post- harvest to prepare it for markets or directly to consumers. Upon completion of this course, students will be ready for certification as a safe food handler in good agricultural practices. This course will cover how to safely work around machinery, tools, livestock, and the environment while on the farm.
