This class is a personal exploration to help you build the self-awareness necessary to manage the impact of trauma in agriculture. It will provide the necessary skills to manage the stress of farming and connect with the rewards of your work, build resiliency, and commit to making successful changes in your life and your future. Please be aware that the class work can be emotionally challenging. Addressing mental health challenges is critical so that farmers can successfully navigate other stressors that are common in their day-to-day lives.
