Description
Effective leadership involved the development of self-identity, values, beliefs, purpose, and success strategy. This course is designed to help you develop these for yourself. Leadership differs from management, though both are important in any and all organizations and environments. Management is about seeking order and stability; leadership is about seeking adaptive and constructive change. Management emphasizes things, whereas leadership emphasizes people. Our focus in this course will be on having a greater appreciation for the latter.
