Description

This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the principles and practices of animal husbandry. Special emphasis will be placed on meat, honey, and egg production. This course will focus on principles of nutrition, genetics, behavior, reproduction, and management in caring for livestock such as cattle, chickens, sheep, and honneybees, as well as on the rotational grazing practice.
